CodeNekt App helps vehicle owners organize vehicle information, maintenance tracking, reminders, documents, history, operations and access to automotive services where available. The app does not guarantee the resale value of a vehicle and does not replace professional, legal, insurance, tax or technical advice.

  • Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they add to their account.
  • Users must not upload unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or third-party infringing content.
  • Users must keep their access credentials confidential and notify CodeNekt of any suspected unauthorized use.
  • Features involving partners, garage services, discounts or third-party services are available only when actually offered and may be subject to separate conditions.

CodeNekt may update, suspend or adapt parts of the service for maintenance, security, legal or product reasons. CodeNekt aims to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The app and website may link to app stores, partners or third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. CodeNekt is not responsible for third-party decisions, availability or content.

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Account deletion requests can be sent to contact@codenekt.com.

CodeNekt retains ownership of its trademarks, software, content, interfaces and documentation, except for user content and third-party rights.

These terms are governed by French law. The competent courts are those of Grasse, subject to any mandatory rules that may apply.
