CodeNekt, SAS, registered at 230 route des Dolines, 06560 Valbonne, France, is responsible for the processing described in this policy. Requests about personal data can be sent to contact@codenekt.com.

  • Identification and contact information provided through forms, support exchanges or account management.
  • Information related to the use of CodeNekt App features, such as vehicle records, maintenance events, reminders, operations and documents that users choose to organize in the app.
  • Technical and security information necessary to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website, the app and related services.
  • CodeNekt does not directly collect payment card data through the V2 website and does not require official identity-document copies for the ordinary website contact flow.
  • Providing the website, the app and account-related services.
  • Responding to contact, support, press, business or partnership requests.
  • Operating security, preventing abuse or fraud and defending legal rights.
  • Improving services and measuring usage only where a relevant technical configuration and legal basis are in place.
  • Vercel is used for hosting and deployment of the V2 website.
  • Sanity is used as the content management system for editable website content. Public pages are rendered by the website from Sanity content; the Sanity Studio and preview features are used only by authorized editors.
  • HubSpot is used server-side for contact management when the integration is configured. The public website does not load a HubSpot browser tracking script.
  • Apple and Google are referenced for the distribution of CodeNekt App through their app stores. Store pages are opened only when a user follows the corresponding link.
  • OVH SAS may still be used for certain domain, email or legacy technical services outside the V2 website hosting.

Ordinary personal data is generally kept for 2 years from the last contact, last activity or account closure, depending on the context. Some data may be kept for longer when required by law, security, fraud prevention or the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

At launch, the public V2 website does not load analytics tools, tag managers, advertising pixels, session replay tools or third-party marketing trackers. No non-essential analytics cookie is set by the public pages audited for launch. The site may use strictly functional storage, such as remembering that an announcement banner was dismissed, and technical cookies may be used for editor-only preview or Studio access.

Some providers used by CodeNekt, including Vercel, Sanity, HubSpot, Apple and Google, may process data outside the European Economic Area under their applicable contractual safeguards and legal transfer mechanisms.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your personal data. Requests should be sent to contact@codenekt.com.

Account deletion can be requested by contacting CodeNekt with the email address linked to the account. CodeNekt may verify that the requester controls the account before processing the request. Deletion remains subject to legal, security and fraud-prevention obligations.

This policy is governed by French law. Competent courts are those of Grasse, subject to mandatory applicable rules.
