How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your CodeNekt App account, email contact@codenekt.com from the email address linked to your account, or clearly mention that account email in your request.
Verification
CodeNekt may verify that the requester controls the account or email address before processing the request. This helps prevent unauthorized deletion.
What deletion covers
Account deletion removes the account data associated with the CodeNekt App account, subject to technical processing and to obligations that may require limited retention.
Data that may be retained
Certain information may be retained where required by law, security obligations, fraud prevention or the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. CodeNekt does not promise a fixed technical deletion deadline that has not been confirmed.
